I welcome inquiries from considered stockists and concept stores. Each collaboration is approached with the same care and intention as my work.

LOANS & RENTALS

Bennu offers loans & rentals. Please reach out to info@bennustudios.com to receive information about pricing and availability of specific pieces.

SHIPPING

• Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship.
• All domestic orders are shipped for a flat fee of $10
• International shipping is currently not available at checkout, but is available upon request depending on the piece. If you would like something specific, please email info@bennustudios.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

*Please note that small irregularities can occur in/on each piece due to the lost wax process. Imperfections are not planned, but never unwanted, and will not be accepted as reasons for returns and/or exchanges. However, if something still isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help make it right.

• Every single order is handmade uniquely for you, and as such, we do not accept returns for made-to-order products unless they are damaged upon arrival.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will assess the damage and provide options for a replacement or repair, depending on the extent of the damage.
• We offer exchanges for made-to-order products in different sizes only. If the product does not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange for a different size. 

REFUND PROCESS

• Refunds are only issued for damaged products that are deemed irreparable or if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of confirmation.
• To initiate an exchange for a different size, please contact info@bennustudios.com and provide your order number and details of the exchange request, and we will guide you through the process.
